The Standard Model of elementary particle physics interactions is the outstanding achievement of the past forty years of experimental and theoretical activity in particle physics. The course will give a detailed account of the Standard Model and then discuss some fundamental problems in particle physics, such as anomaly, strong CP and U(1) problem, axion physics, neutrino, dark matter and dark energy.
